This course was an idea of mine to try to make a golf course using a canyon as the land mass. I wanted to use both the north and south rims as well as the bottom of the canyon for the course. The first five holes are located on the south rim. The 6th hole tee's off from the south rim and follows a ravine down into the canyon its self, ending with the green at the bottom of the canyon. Holes 7 through 13 are all at the bottom of the canyon with the remaining 14th through 18th ending on the north rim and at the club house.
The first three holes are pretty straight forward holes. The 4th however, your second shot will be across a ravine to the green. The 9th hole tee's off from the top of a bluff down in the canyon across the river to another bluff on the north side of the canyon bottom. While playing the 12th hole keep a look out for an old abandoned mining settlement.
I tried to make it a course with a bit of rustic appeal to it and I think that for only the second released course of mine
I came pretty close to what I wanted to achieve.
This is a purely made up course with no relation to any real course that I know of.
I hope you enjoy it.
Oh, yes.. make sure you check your clubs at each hole with relation to the shot as it may fool you .. your caddie may select a club and angle of approach that MAY not
necessarily be the best choice.
Thanks for playing my course....
